Trainer update – its an addiction. It started off with the vans, which lasted all summer. I only joined in cos I fit into size 4 – so kids are half price, and they do better colours pow. Just casually looking at Johnnys Bird (right) the other day, and my old friend MEGAN was on it. Mental!! I shouldn’t be suprised, the summer 2009, we were either up a cherry tree getting our £3 an hour, or in a graveyard/forest etc doing photoshoots. I’ve been looking at JB for ages,  I feel like a proud mum

Yeaaahh…

So since I have nothing to do with myself next summer I’ve decided to go exploring. Pretty much everyone I know has gone travelling or done something cool. My best girly friends have both been round the world – Jo’s done it three times! My bof may aswell have been to every country in the world. Even my sis has done a season. I’m the last one left, and its quite depressing. So it’s my turn! I’ve always been quite against travelling in the sense that most people do it (gap yah), where they fork out like 7grand, go round Asia for example, but only spend half a week in each little place. I’m more interested in finding my own little corner of the world and living there for a couple months, working and getting know the people and language. I’ll get to see less of the world that way, but the bits I do know, I’ll know better. So I want to start in Europe, because why explore your neighbours garden when you haven’t even looked at your own – or something. I tried the method of closing my eyes and pointing to a map of europe, but that gave me Budapest, Hungary. I was all ready and up for it, until I looked at all the reviews online. With risk of sounding like a massive loser, it sounds well dangerous, and until I’m a little more travelled and knowledgeable in geography and other essential things, I’d rather step away from the edge. So me and my boyfriend google mapped europe and used a process of elimination (weather, language barriers, culture, nightlife, price etc) and next summer I’m going tooooo……………. STOCKHOLM! Yeah why not, it seems an ideal place to start. POW

Au Revoir, my furry friend
